4891 - Concept iDNA
Paul Jansen
A tightly-knit set of innovations ranging from governance to technology, 4891 shakes government institutions and organizations in the private sector alike. It empowers citizens. Through iDNA, each individual person controls balanced participation in communities.
Imagine how our whole society eventually changes when cheap engines running on plain water become widely available. The vital difference is that 4891 really works. It consolidates the Internet paradigm, … and then carries us way beyond. This is your call to action.
Revolutionary innovation essentially eliminates a tedious mess of problems while opening entirely new opportunities. It all happens almost at a single stroke. No wonder it invariably poses a challenge. “If only it would be so simple,” reads the knee- jerk response when just ignoring ‘it’ fails to safeguard vested interests. But who ever mentioned a threat? 4891 is no zero- sum gambit. For that’s still old-think. It delivers support for a new order of social dynamics. Beneficial to one individual person, company, and so on, simultaneously it also benefits all others: win/win (see also the scenario and also an outline, separately).
Of course, no doubt some people continue to obstruct equity. Beware of the revolution of 4891 when seeking one-sided profits, in whatever terms, i.e. power, influence, money, etc., from staggering transaction costs, from hoarding duplicates of duplicates of … of information and from all other kinds of extreme inefficiencies. Persist at your own peril, for 4891 indeed sweeps away such short-sighted exploitation.
There is no magic. 4891 with its iDNA is as real as can be. The contract between individual person and society is redrawn. Advantages result at all levels.
Actually, there is no choice but to go ahead with 4891 at full speed. We have to escape the tangled dilemmas of lost motivation, soaring costs, faulty solutions for even the wrong problems, maladaptive tools … Where does the list end?
So-called experts haven’t helped much. They have regretfully been left too much to their own limited devices (and logic) by insecure managers and users. But no longer need they be ill- equipped. Members of the general public in all occupations and activities can now specifically demand from their experts, especially on information management, to operate in 4891 concert. Such coordination is required, for example, to achieve policy targets. Governments all over the world have pledged to improve service to citizens and companies. However, they have not yet recognized the need for fundamental innovation. It results in the service horse being put behind the cart. There it won’t be able to even move biggest brother but meanwhile problems on a social scale have seriously aggravated.
iDNA reduces repetitious efforts to submit information. It does leave the individual citizen, or company, in legitimate control. Individual involvement, not improving government service which nobody in his right mind would label ‘service,’  anyway, is the essential requirement for a society wishing to promote for its members creative dynamics, economic prosperity and so on.
iDNA is not a one-shot project. It is an evolutionary concept, all projects dealing with information support for interactions in the public domain necessarily contributing. It remains everybody’s choice whether or not to attach support for private information exchanges etc.
Concept iDNA (Paul Jansen) entails personal right of ownership over information. In short, another actor, be it another person, a company, or a government institution, may only use information about any personal circumstances for relevant purposes. Relevance must be determined explicitly, with arrangements varying from imposed law up to voluntary consent or even initiative by request. Every person should be informed about the actual uses made of personal information.
Concept iDNA guides structuring and organizing information resources across different situations, events etc. for which nonetheless efforts are elicited for coordination. There is no limit to its scope. Yes, a person can apply iDNA globally because formally a national state is merely one of several variables determining specific situations/events.
It is similar to how nature deals with information, which is of course why the name iDNA was chosen. Information is part and parcel of the human being whose interests it directly serves. Extending the concept, iDNA is suited for other social actors. Legal entities such as — statutory parts of — companies and other organizations also qualify. This radical change of focus for information ownership and control is characteristic of 4891 and iDNA.
Metapattern is a revolutionary paradigm for information modeling, ultimately providing for an unambiguous perspective on subjective situationism. It provides the conceptual foundation for information management as the essential ingredient of 4891 and especially iDNA. Pieter Wisse developed metapattern several years ago. It has now been enhanced by an operational platform, KnitbITs. As it should with iDNA, it can be implemented in a radically distributed fashion.
Applying metapattern to morals without boundaries, with 4891 – Concept iDNA Paul Jansen now puts forward the new, transparent logic for a robust citizens’ franchise. Join!
